In addition to a vast experience in pedagogics, multimedia and design, Zulma is a passionate facilitator and designer of group dialogues, innovation and change processes.
A Colombian kaospilot, a traveller who loves learning, leadership and people. Zulma is constantly searching for new ways of utilizing her skills and knowledge in contributing to generate possitive changes en communities, groups, individuals and herself.
The areas that interest Zulma the most are: sustainability, social innovation and entrepreneurship as well as multidisciplinary processes and processes of social change with stakeholders from diverse cultural or social backgrounds.

Founding member of SOL (Society of Organizational Learning) Colombia y HUB Colombia. Zulma has also been invited as a key speaker at innovation and organisational learning events in Europe and Colombia.

Michael

A between-the-lines listener who loves to peer into the inner machinations of brains and groups with the aim of raising awareness and facilitating change and learning.

He comes to Sandbox with a wealth of industry experience in marketing and business development. He began his career in the wine buying team at Thresher, before moving to Whitbread where he held several marketing and forecasting posts. Whilst finishing his MBA Michael's passion for developing people and teams was re-ignited. He decided to put his people skills and Psychology background into practice by working as a professional coach and management consultant. He specialises in helping individuals and teams collaborate and communicate effectively.
