Organisations that perform at consistently high levels are usually those that find ways to connect with their people. The relationships are two-way. Communication is clear, people want to give their best and customer relationships and innovation ‘bloom’ as a result.
These same organisations approach change in a more positive way. There is less ‘telling’ and more consulting and co-creation. Leaders are generally more open to the creative input of their teams.
